Cluse Australia only ships orders to Australia & New Zealand.
Most orders are shipped the same or next business day.
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Delivery, at a flat rate of $10 AUD.
All New Zealand orders are shipped by either UPS Express Delivery ($20 AUD flat rate) , or DHL Ecommerce Standard Delivery ($10 AUD flat rate). Shipping options can be chosen at checkout.

All deliveries will need to be signed for. Under no other circumstances will we allow for parcels to be left outside your delivery location unsigned for.
Import duty, taxes and customs clearance costs
Import duty, taxes and customs clearance costs may be incurred by the recipient in the country of delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your payment to Cluse Australia.

All returns must be in unworn and in as new condition. All tags and packaging must be included as well.
All CLUSE watches are guaranteed to be genuine, brand new, in original condition and are delivered with the complete brand packaging. In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your purchase after receiving it from us, simply print this form, fill it out and send it with the product back to us and we'll take care of it for you.
GENERAL WARRANTY UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW: The benefits to the consumer given by the warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The consumer will bear the expense of claiming the warranty.
